Terms and Conditions

I am being granted access by Kapsch TrafficCom Canada Inc. to this site which contains documents and other information that relate to contracts between Kapsch TrafficCom Canada Inc., and various governmental and quasi-governmental authorities which are members of the E-ZPass Interagency Group (with the applicable authority by which I am employed or otherwise retained, referred to below as my "agency").

I understand that my access to this site and my rights and obligations relating to any documents and information that I access are governed by one or more contracts between my agency and Kapsch TrafficCom Canada Inc., and are also subject to the following conditions:

  1. I represent and warrant that I have been authorized by my agency to access this site and that my use of this site is within the scope of my authorization.
  2. I will only access, download, review, and maintain such documents and information as authorized by the contract(s) between Kapsch TrafficCom Canada Inc. and my agency.
  3. I will keep the documents and information that I access on this site confidential and either I or my agency will notify Kapsch TrafficCom Canada Inc. before I disclose any documents or information that I access to anyone outside of my agency.  I agree not to disclose such documents and information to anyone outside my agency without the prior written consent of Kapsch TrafficCom Canada Inc. unless expressly permitted by the terms of the contract(s) between my agency or required by applicable law.
  4. I will not attempt to circumvent any of the security or privacy features of this site and will not enable or allow others (including, without limitation, others who are employed or otherwise engaged by my agency) to access this site using my authorization.
  5. The documents and information on this site have been made available to me as an accommodation and a convenience, and Kapsch TrafficCom Canada Inc. is making no representations or warranties as to the contents of such documents and information except as may be expressly provided in the contract(s) between my agency and Kapsch TrafficCom Canada, Inc.
